On December 31, 2017, Edward Smilar passed away.
Ed is survived by his wife Donna, children Sherry Smilar (Theo Smit), Rhonda (Mark) Fischer and Susan (Neil) Fairhurst, grandchildren Cassi, Donovan, Andy, Peiter, Ty and Kaleb and his siblings Doris Thompson, Steve (Rosemarie), Henry and Vicki (Bill) Pinchin.
He is predeceased by his parents, sister Mary Wanchuck, aunt Bessie and uncle Metro Kulyk.
At Ed’s request, no funeral will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bissel Centre in Ed’s name.
