Obituary of Douglas Clements
CLEMENTS, Douglas Gordon –
Peacefully after a very lengthy illness, surrounded by his loving family, at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of 51 years to Marius (MacDonald) Clements. Dear father of Kathy Joseph (Kent) of Blenheim, Kevin Clements (Lisa) of Calgary, Alberta, and Karen Clements (Gord McKnight) of London. Proud grandfather of Tabitha Whittal (Corey) of Windsor, Cody and Cory Russelo of Blenheim, Stephanie Breidinger (Barry) of New York, USA, Kristen Clements (Conrad DeVilliers) of Australia, Jessica and Sydney Clements of Calgary, Tara Clements of Oil Springs. Cherished great-grandfather of Isabella and Emma Grace Whittal. Douglas is predeceased by his parents Robert and Ethel Clements, step-mother Valarie Clements (Lutes) and grandson Don Douglas Russelo. He is survived his brothers Brian (Gayle) of Owen Sound and Bruce (Ann) of Sarnia. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, January 19th, 2018 from 3 – 7 pm. Cremation to follow. Donations to The Kidney Foundation of Canada or the London Regional Cancer Program c/o LHSF would be appreciated.
