Dorothy Roy
September 21, 1938 – December 24, 2018
ROY, Dorothy – Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, December 24th, 2018 at the age of 80.
Beloved wife of Yvon Roy. Predeceased by her daughters Jackie and Valerie. Daughter of the late Lawrence and Marion Wesley. Loving sister of Irene Wesley, and predeceased by her siblings Pearl, Margaret and Louis. Fondly remembered by Caroline Wesley, Gerald McKinnon, Christine McKinnon and many nieces and nephews. Dear sister-in-law and friend of Armand (late Noella) and Claude (Beatrice); and nephews Yvan (Debbie), Yves (Karen), Mario (Jennifer), Natalie (Albert), Chantal (Kim), Gilles (Joanne) and Gerald Roy. Special friend of Susan and Charlie Baillargeon. Special thank s to the SAH Nursing staff and Doctors and great-nephew Jason McKinnon for their care and compassion given. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522) on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 12:30 pm. to 2:30 pm. followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations made to Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
