Dorothy Beryl Lopez-Mullings
12 October , 1921 – 28 September , 2018
Dorothy Lopez-Mullings nee Armstrong passed away peacefully in her sleep at 2:55am on Friday September 28, 2018, at Cartier House Seniors Community in Coquitlam, BC, Canada. Lopes was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on Oct 12, 1921. She moved to St. Andrew, Jamaica and married John Lopez-Mullings on Sept 28, 1954. She lived in St. Andrew and worked in the Jamaica Civil Service. In July 1980, Lopes moved to Canada where she lived with her daughter Pat and son-in-law Terry until August 2018. She was much loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed. Lopes is survived by her two daughters Beth Lopez-Mullings and Patricia Bates, her 2 grandchildren, Kathy-Ann Nobbs-Thiessen and Christopher Bates and her great-grandson Hunter Nobbs-Thiessen.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at:
St John the Apostle Anglican Church 2206 Saint Johns Street, Port Moody, BC
