WALKER, Donna Eleanor (nee Smith) – promoted to the loving arms of her Lord & Saviour, surrounded by family at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home, Simcoe on Thursday, January 11th, 2018 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of James “Jim” Walker of Simcoe. Cherished mother of David Walker (Judy) of Simcoe, Kathryn Allen (Stephen) of Waterloo and Lori Columbus (Randy Walters) of Simcoe. Loving grandmother & great grandmother of Mark (Kim Moore), Matthew (Leah Engelby), daughter Mya; Sarah Dranchuk (Chad), children Ben & Matilda; Esther Slevinsky (Mark), children Charlie & Tommy; Luke Allen (late Annie Matheson), children Sylvan, Alina & Leia; Rebecca Allen (Kai Bao), daughter Kylie; late Bethany Columbus (2000); and Jacob Columbus (Lindsey), son Ezekiel. Donna will be sadly missed by her brother Charles Smith (Joan) of Green’s Corners. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews & extended family. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Judy (nee Maxwell) Walker (2001), mother of Mark & Matt; and her siblings Lorraine VanDyk, Leland, Donald & Willis Smith. Friends are invited to share their memories of Donna with her family at the EMMANUEL BIBLE CHURCH, 24 Churchill Circle, Simcoe on Wednesday, January 17th, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Donna’s home going service will follow visitation in the church sanctuary at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve Faulkner officiating.
