Obituary for Donato Bisceglia
It with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donato, a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother in law, uncle and friend. Predeceased by his parents, Lucia and Pasquale, and his sisters, Mauretta and Faustina. Donato will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his wife of 64 years, Antonietta, his children Lucia (Giovanni), Pasquale (Teresa), Incoronata (John), Vincenzina (Domenic),
grandchildren, Marie, Gianfranco (Kristina), Christopher (Samantha), Laura, Donato, Lorenzo, Margherita, Umbertino (Candace), Antonietta, Cassandra, Giovanni, great-grandchildren, Gianluca, Cristiano and Alessandra, sister Pia in Italy, relatives in Edmonton, Belgium and Italy and the many friends he made in the 54 years in Vancouver. The family would like to thank Dr. Luigi Salvino, the management and dedicated care aides of ABC Home Support and Anne Dennis and her team from Vancouver Coastal Health, for all of their help and support to the family. Prayers will be offered on Tuesday, March 13 at 7:30 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 555 Slocan Street, Vancouver. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 14. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society are appreciated.
