It is with great sadness that the family of the late Donald Young announce his passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center in Stephenville Crossing on Sunday, April 1st 2018 at the age of 83 years. He will be sadly missed by his sons Brian in Labrador, Donald in St. John’s, one daughter Wanda in St. John, N.B. Also leaving to mourn three grandchildren, one brother Henry Young in St. George’s, one sister Dianne Bennett in Stephenville Crossing and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley, his parents Henry and Mary and his brother Harold Young and sisters Stella Muise and Loretta Muise. Visitation will take place at St. Joseph’s Chapel in St. George’s on Sunday April 8th from 7-9 from where the funeral will take place on Monday April 9th at 10 A.M. with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery on Court House Road.
