Forever In Our Hearts
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Garry Chamberlain on Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina at 76 years young.
He was predeceased by his brother David (Rosie) Chamberlain and sister Patricia Chamberlain, both of Moose Jaw, SK.
Donald is survived by his son David (Mei) Chamberlain of Calgary; daughter Tamara Knight of Regina; son Doug (Sue) Chamberlain of Regina; grandchildren Jonathan, Amanda, and Rebecca; siblings Florence (Don) Korsberg of Shaunavon and Gloria Alstad of Medicine Hat; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Donald a.k.a. “Paco” was born in Moose Jaw on March 14, 1942 to Winston and Alice Chamberlain. Paco had various careers in his life but he loved being a long distance trucker the most.
When he retired after trucking, he spent as much time as he could with his family.
Donald recently achieved his 38 year medallion for sobriety, something he was very proud of. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses of the ICU at the Pasqua Hospital.
A Graveside Service will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Donald to the Regina Humane Society for the care of the animals.
Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (306) 789-8850.
Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Donald Garry Chamberlain 2018..
