Don passed away, at the Guelph General Hospital, on Saturday, January 6, 2018. Beloved husband of Alice Snider (nee Collins). Loving father of David (Wendy), Philip (Lori) and Scott (April). Proud grandfather of Wesley (Bridget), Aislinn (Josh), Keely, Aelish, Caleb and Bethany, and great-grandfather of Felicity, Kylene, Laetham, Arrabella, Dylan and Aubrey. Predeceased by his parents Alec and Elizabeth Snider, and his siblings Dorothy (Carmen), Clifford (Bridgette), Ken (Alma), Bill (Edna), Gerald (Jane) and Royce. Don will be remembered by his sisters Helen (Terry), Dolores (John) and sister-in-law Mae.
Family and friends are invited to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home (519-821-5077), 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where visitation will take place Friday, January 12, 2018 from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at First Baptist Church, 255 Woolwich St., Guelph, on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
