In Loving Memory
ADDARIO, Domenico – Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Welland Hospital at the age of 82. Beloved husband for 54 years of Teresa Addario (Fonte). Dear father of Mary and her husband Raj of Virginia and Christina and her husband Darren of Whitby. Loving Nonno of Lucio, Stephanie and Sawyer. Survived by his sisters, Nancy Ammendolia and Rose Ventresca (Felix), brother Jim Addario (Lyn), brother-in-law Emilio DeLuca and sister-in-law Rachael Addario, all from the Niagara Region and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Domenico and Maria Stella (Giovinazzo) Addario, sister Josephine DeLuca, brother Mike Addario, brother-in-law Agostino Ammendolia, nephew Jack Ammendolia and niece Stella (Richard) Boom. Domenico retired from General Motors, St. Catharines after 38 years of service. The Addario family will receive friends at J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence, 19 Young Street, Welland on Monday from 3-8 pm. Vigil Prayers will be recited at 3 pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 9:30 am. Rite of committal to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Niagara Health Foundation – Cardiac Unit or St. Mary Church. Special thanks to the Welland Hospital ICU and Telemetry Unit and the Hamilton General Hospital ICU Unit.
