Diane Scott
SCOTT, Diane Marie (Nee Hickery) – Peacefully at Huntsville Memorial Hospital on Saturday, September 8, 2018 in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Ed. Cherished Mom of Mark and Bev of Huntsville. Adoring Grandma of Zack, Nick and Cody. Dearest sister of Wendy and Peter MacLennan and the late Marilyn Reynolds (Cliff) and sister in law of Susan and Bob Moeser. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Ina Hickery. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Diane graduated from St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nursing School in 1965 and had a long career in Nursing. In 2013 Diane moved to Huntsville to be with her grandchildren, her pride and joy. She resided at Fairvern Nursing Home in Huntsville where she was very active and made many friends. She will be sadly missed by everyone.
Memorial Visitation will take place at DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home, ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson Street East, Ancaster, 905-648-3852 on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. Private family interment to follow at a later date. If so desired, a donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
