Death Notice
Peacefully, at Twin Lakes Terrace, on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, Diane Saunders passed away at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late James Saunders (2001). Loving mother of Linda Santsche (Adrian Van Oirschot) and Gayla Theriault (Pete). Cherished grandmother of Roger Santsche (Leigh Ann), Trevor Theriault (Mandy), and Bryan Theriault. Treasured great-grandmother of four great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Carol Sitter (Don), Lana Dafoe (Leslie), and the late Larry Daoust (Helen). Diane’s family would like to thank the dedicated staff at Twin Lakes Terrace for their professionalism, compassion, and care for their mother and grandmother. Cremation has taken place. As per Diane’s request, there will be no funeral services. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to a charity of your choice (cheques only at the funeral home please). Arrangements entrusted to SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia.
