Diane Lukan

Diane Laureen Lukan (Hall) was born in High Prairie, Alberta on August 9, 1944 and passed away peacefully at the age of 73 in Widewater, Alberta on April 30th, 2018. Diane lived in Widewater for the first 6 years of her life, then spent 7 years in the Yukon before returning to Widewater where she raised her family and spent the remainder of her wonderful life. Diane’s most prized possession was her family. She loved gardening and flowers, her days working at the Point and bait shop, long conversations on her stoop, weiner roasts, her quad, and a cold Budweiser. Diane is survived by her loving family, son Lorne & Robin, daughter Tammy & Greg, son Jeff & Breann, grandchildren Kolby (Jayde), Kennedy, Luke & Harlow, sister Karen & Les Emes, and numerous neices and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Torrina, son Jamie, grandson Conner, Billy Lukan, and her parents Evelyn and James Hall. Diane’s celebration of life will be held on Monday May 7th, 2018 at 1:00pm at the Gathering Place in Slave Lake, AB. There will be a weiner roast to follow at Diane’s house.
