Wife to Peter Ryan, Mom to Barbara (Ronald), Robert (Rebecka), Allison (Larry) and Pamela (Bradley). Sister to Valerie and Patricia, Step-Mom to David (Nancy) and Kate. Granny to 14, Great-granny to 2 +1 (on the way) and Auntie Di to 7.
An operating room nurse at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital until she retired and then an avid volunteer with the Friends of the Farm and the Bytown Fire Brigade. Loving wife, mother, friend, expert gardener and list maker. Always available to offer an opinion!
A celebration of Diana’s Life will be held at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Dr., Ottawa (613-692-1211) on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with a brief remembrance at 2:15 p.m.
If you are not able to join us, please raise a glass in Diana’s honour.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Friends of the Farm, or the Bytown Fire Brigade, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
