Passed away suddenly at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, on Thursday, December 27th, 2018, Dian Florence Morris (nee Jackson), age 83. Beloved wife of William (Bill) Morris. Loved mother of Michael (Cathy) Morris of Ottawa, Cathy Morris (Bob Braden) of Renfrew and Sheri Morris (John Maddigan) of Oregon, USA. Proud grandma of Luke Morris (Megan) of Whitehorse, Jackie Morris (Bill Denstedt.) of Guelph, Jodie (Mitch) Chadbourn of Calgary, Becca (Evan) Paquette of Fort McMurray and great grandma to Lexi and Hayden Chadbourn and Rylan Morris. Sister of Arlene McKibbon of Merrickville and Ross Jackson of Denmark. Also survived by her sister in law Gail Pritchard of Ottawa. Dian was a lifelong member of Parkdale United Church and worked as an administrator for many years at Hilson Avenue Public School. Dian will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. A memorial service will be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 at 2pm followed by a reception.
