Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Denise Turgeon passed away with her family by her side on March 19, 2018 at the age of 84 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Real (Lesley), Romain (Brenda), Maurice (Angela); daughters: Rosemarie (Ted), Gisele (Noel), Lorraine, Claire, Jacqueline (Jim); 28 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives and friends. She will also be dearly missed by her friends at the various nursing homes, with Youville being the last.
Denise was predeceased by her loving husband of 47 years, Maurice Turgeon; brother, Dennis Lemoine; sister-in-law, Claudette Lemoine; and her parents, George and Jeanne Lemoine.
A Prayer Service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Connelly-McKinley, St. Albert Funeral Home, St. Albert, Alberta.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 23, 2018 at St. Jean Baptiste Catholic Church, 10020-100 Avenue, Morinville, Alberta, T8R 1P7.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Denise Turgeon’s name directly for recreation to Youville Home, 9 A St. Vital Avenue, St. Albert, Alberta.
The family wishes to send a special Thank You to the staff at the Youville Home. Your caring and support for mom will always be remembered.
