DENIS OLTMANNS, Ruby (Dympna)
1920 — 2018
Ruby Denis Oltmanns of Peachland passed away at Pine Acres Home, Westbank, BC, on June 15, 2018 at the age of 97 years. Ruby, also known as Dympna Flanagan, is survived by son Gerald (Maureen); daughters Kim (Chris) and Corinne (Marcel); grandson Finn; and sister, Ethna Flanagan. Ruby will also be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A special thank you to Dr. John Brinkerhoff, the nurses and staff of Pine Acres for the loving care provided to Ruby.
A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2547 Hebert Rd, Westbank. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the church at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Interment to follow at Peachland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruby’s memory to the BC Cancer Agency, www.bccancer.bc.ca.
