Delores Crotty (nee Knox)
April 01, 1952 – March 06, 2018
On Tuesday, March 6th, 2018 Delores Marilyn Crotty lost her courageous battle with cancer and passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her sister and brother, Helen Knox (husband Richard Woertz deceased) and James (Jim) Knox.
Leaving to celebrate her life, her two children Leslie (Darrell) Ball and Jonathan (Erin) Crotty, 5 loving grand babies Josh, Tyler, Maddy, Gwendolyn, and Marshall. Sisters Rita Mills (husband Frank Mills deceased) and Maureen Squires (husband John Squires deceased) and sister in law Sandra Knox. A large circle of nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and wonderful friends and family.
Delores touched the hearts of many over her 65 years on earth, whether that of her own children, grandchildren, or their countless friends from over the years. She was a warm heart and a pure soul that will be missed every day.
A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Palliative Care Unit, Health Science Center, Nova Scotia Cancer Center.
Cremation has already taken place. A celebration of life will be held at 20 Winter Avenue on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the palliative care unit.
