Obituary of Deborah Yorke
Deborah « Debi » Irene Yorke, of Dartmouth, formerly of Limerock, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 21, 2018 in Dartmouth.
Born in New Glasgow, August 5, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Verna (Miller) Yorke.
Debi will be sadly missed by sons, D.J. and Nicholas; brothers, Michael (Gloria) Yorke, Barry Yorke, Tony Yorke, Jeremy (Cassandra)Yorke; sisters, Vicki Tomozer, Cheryl (Francis) Campbell, Anne (Louie) Cameron, Dawn (Kim) Fraser, Shelly Yorke; sisters-in-law, Faye Hayter, Linda Yorke, Sally Yorke, and several nieces and nephews.
Debi was predeceased by her parents Donald and Verna; brothers, Brian and Darrell; sister Denise; and sister-in-law Harriet.
Cremation has taken place. Her family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 25, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Her funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday from St. Luke’s United Church, Salt Springs with the Rev. Jim Webber-Cook officiating. Spring burial will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
