David Liberty
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, son, and brother David Liberty on Tuesday June 6, 2018 at the age of 54 years after a lengthy battle with cancer.
David was predeceased by his father Dolphus (1980), and brother Paul (1999).
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Melissa, his grandchildren Daniel, Keasha, Anna, Ian, Spencer, and Abel, his mother Ann, sisters Caroline (Jeff), Georgina (Duane), Brenda, Marie (Pat), Barbara (Denis), Sherry (Rodney), Janice, Shelly (Dean), brother Dwayne, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
David enjoyed the outdoors, including camping, fishing, walking, and was always up for a game of horseshoes or cribbage. David will always be remembered for his participation in Beat the Street walkathon from The Pas to Winnipeg which raise money for adult education. David was most proud of his accomplishment of attaining his grade 12 diploma in 2017.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, on Thursday June 14, 2018 at the Desjardins Funeral Home 357 Des Meurons Street. With a viewing at 10:00 am. Burial will take place in Beausejour, Mb following the service.
