Peacefully passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton at the age of 93. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Robertson) for 71 years. Loving father of Walter Crooker, Wendy (Ed) Beitel, Audrey (Phil) McKay, Catherine Crooker, and Arthur Crooker. Predeceased by his siblings Albert, Watson (Alice), Shirley, Grace, and in-laws Wilf Gray, Bev Crooker, Jean (Allan) Borer, and George (Eileen) Robertson. Thank you to Dr. Jeffrey Lang, Dr. Lind Holland, and the St. Elizabeth’s PSW’s for all of their care and support. Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will be held at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown, on Tuesday April 10, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at MILLGROVE UNITED CHURCH, 370 5th Concession W, on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. If desired, donations in Dave’s memory to the Diabetes Association or Millgrove United Church would be appreciated by the family.
