After a sudden and brief battle with cancer, David passed away peacefully with devoted family by his side on July 1, 2018 at the age of 76. Dedicated husband of 50 years to loving wife Mary. Cherished father of Barbara Jackson, Kary Coulson and husband Drew and son Stuart and wife Gina. Proud Grandfather and Papa to Luke, Brody, Cam, Halle, Hanna, Charlotte and Rudy. Loved brother to Mary Lou Gasparini (Walter) and brother-in-law to Marie. He will be forever missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by dearest mother Evelyn and his brother Bob. Dave will be remembered for his brilliant and creative mind, his infectious sense of humour and refusal to grow up. He was happiest when sharing a laugh with others, spending time with family and tinkering in the garage on his latest inventions. Much to his delight Dave was a master prankster that rarely received paybacks. Special thank you to the Hospice of Windsor for their care and compassion shown to our family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated. A Celebration of Dave’s Life will be held on Sunday July 8th, 2018 from 1 – 4 p.m. at the AMA Sportsman Club at 468 Lowes Side Road in Amherstburg.
