It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Daryl-Anne (Lively) Polley which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, December 27th, 2018. Born 1952, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Violet Lively. Daryl-Anne worked as a hairdresser for many years. She also worked at the Millidgeville Superstore before retiring in 2017. Daryl-Anne enjoyed knitting and she especially loved baking for her family.
Daryl-Anne is survived by her partner Mark Williams of Salt Springs; sons Paul Polley (Melanie) of Quispamsis, Jon Polley (Sarah) of Baxters Corner; sister Donna Brown-Forrest (Gerome) of Ontario; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents, Daryl-Anne was predeceased by her brother David Lively.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). As per Daryl-Anne’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Daryl-Anne may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Diabetes Association or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
