It is with heavy hearts that the family of Dana Leigh Kaczmar of Pierceland, Saskatchewan announce her unexpected passing on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the age of 36.
Dana will be forever loved and remembered by her husband of 14 years, Jon Kaczmar of Pierceland and their three beautiful children, Carson, Taylor and Braxton Kaczmar of Pierceland, SK; parents: John & Karen Cruickshank of Foam Lake, SK; parents-in-law: Ron & Celine Kaczmar of Wynyard, SK; brother: Curtis (Christa) Cruickshank of Foam Lake, SK; two sisters: Michelle (Steve) Wellbrock of Indian Head, SK, Kendra (Dustin) Metz of Moose Lake, MN; sister-in-law: Nicole (Blair) Karakochuk of Clavet, SK; brother-in-law: Chance (Elesha) Kaczmar of Pierceland, SK; fifteen nieces & nephews: Hannah, Lea, Austin, Sydney, Aubrey, Mackenna, Addison, Adelle, Hunter, Summer, Draecen, Huxley, Jager, Carter, Jax; as well as numerous other relatives & friends.
Dana was predeceased by her grandparents: Jock & Regine Cruickshank and Alex & Hazel Kowalchuk; cousin: Cassidy Matthews.
Service of Remembrance, Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at the Cold Lake EnergyCentre – Reid Field House, Cold Lake, AB with Rick & Judy Frey officiating.
