In Loving Memory 1966-2018
Dan Loac, age 28, of Marysville, Ohio, formerly of Mississauga, Ontario, died peacefully Thursday, July 19, 2018 at
his home. For the past three years, he was a health and safety engineer for Honda of America in Marysville, Union County, Ohio. He was a former associate of Chrysler in Michigan. He attended Notre Dame High School in Brampton, Ontario and graduated from St. Joseph High School in Mississauga in 2007. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 2011 from Ryerson University in Toronto. He enjoyed many athletic activities with his co-workers including volleyball, basketball and running. He loved building his Gundams and
was a skilled painting, drafting and drawing artist. He took great pride and care of his Honda S2000. He was known for being optimistic, outgoing and very social. He was born September 6, 1989 in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. He is
survived by his mother, Jennifer Loac of Mississauga; his sisters, Cindy (Steve Ortisi) Loac of Mississauga, Jenny Loac of Brampton, Ontario and Melanie Loac of Mississauga; three nieces, Karen, Kelly and Karina; a nephew, Tyler; his
grandparents, Gieng and Mui Loac of Mississauga; and many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends, including Quang Sy Ly, Anthony Le, Thang Loac and Lem and Nga Le. Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at Underwood Funeral Home, 703 East Fifth Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040 where the family will receive friends beginning at 4 p.m. Memorial services will also be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Scott Funeral Home, 420 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario where the family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens in Oakville, Ontario. Memorial contributions may be made to The Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University. Condolences may be expressed to the family
