Dale Marcus Curtis, of Gray Rapids, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at the age of 71.
Born in Gray Rapids, he was the son of the late Currie and Mabel Curtis. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and was a member of St Agnes Anglican Church.
He will be grealty missed by his wife Rose (Stewart) Curtis; his son Marcus (Joanne) of Blackville; his four daughters Lynn (Steven Lukings) of Prince William, NB, Diane Curtis of McKenzie, BC, Jeanette Curtis of Gray Rapids, and Valda (Jeremy Colford) of Gray Rapids; two sisters Sheila (Alvin Kelly) and Iona (Dale Coughlan) both of Gray Rapids; two brothers Borden (Glenna) of Gray Rapids and Blaine (Wilma) of Barnettville; 11 grandchildren Nathan, Dillen, Jordan, Connor, Tanner, Kendra, Hannah, McKenzie, Brayden, Ayesha, and Lincoln; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Dale was predeceased by his infant daughter Dawn.
The family will receive relatives and friends from his residence 1015 Route 118, Gray Rapids, on Monday, November 12, 2018, from 7 to 9 pm, and on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, in Blackville, at a time to be announced.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or to the Diabetes Association.
