It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father, husband and grandfather, Clem, at Macassa Lodge on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Theresa (2018). Cherished and deeply loved father to Pat (late David) Clark and Ernie (Aileen) Harkin. Clem was the proud and deeply loved Gramps to Cameron (Liz), Mark (Sheri) and Michelle (Todd) and great-grandfather to Leah, Simon, Mikayla, Cole, Joshua and Heather. Loving brother-in-law to Roland and Rose and adored uncle to Roland (Kim), Rusty (Lisa), Remi (Nancy), Gina (Darrell) and Linda (Peter). Predeceased by his brother Jerome, sister Ada and half brother Bill Carrigan. Clem is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews from Nova Scotia. Special Thank You to the staff at Macassa Lodge, C1 East, especially Tracey and Janice, for the loving and compassionate care they provided to Clem.
Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – « William J. Markey Chapel », 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Sunday from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Vigil Prayers will be offered at 2:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sts. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, 50 Brucedale Avenue East, Hamilton on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:00 am. Burial at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Ancaster to follow.
