Obituary of Claire Clarke
Claire Evelyn Clarke (nee Skelcher) of Owen Sound, Ontario – it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mom, Claire Clarke, 89, who died on Friday, July 27th, 2018 at the Grey Bruce Health Services. She is survived by her three children: Kevin Clarke, Donna Kennedy (Jim) and Tim Clarke; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Clarke. Claire had many friends at her residence at St. Francis Apartments. A very special thank you to the VON and PSW’s who cared for her over these past 12 years. Also special thanks to Sandy Sidla who for many years cared for Claire like she was her own mom.
A Celebration of her Life will take place in Montreal at a future date. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation Owen Sound will be accepted in her honor and may be made through the BRIAN E.
