MacPHAIL, Clair – on November 29, 2018 at the Janet McDonnell Pavilion. Clair MacPhail of St. Andrews West; age 71 years. Loving husband of Sue (née Girard) MacPhail. Dear father of Alison O’Connor (Doug), Amy Simpson (Sol) and John MacPhail (Alice). Cherished grandfather of Fraser, Liah, Calum, Duncan and Janie. Survived by sisters, Dorothy Wade, Mary Filion (Larry), Frances Stidwill (Kirk) and Tudy Belmore (Mort) and by brother, Allan MacPhail (Pat). Predeceased by his parents, Dan and Dorothy (née Delaney) MacPhail, sisters, Betty MacPhail, Beverly MacPhail and AnnaLee MacPhail and brothers, Bill MacPhail (Monica) and Donald MacPhail. Resting at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482). from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2018 and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service on Tuesday. Funeral Service on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 in St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the CAREFOR Cornwall Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
