Obituary for Christopher Lynam
Christopher James Lynam of Kincardine, passed away surrounded by the love of his family, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017, at the age of 74.
Beloved husband of Joy Lynam (née Witter).
Cherished father of Julie Whitney (David) of Kincardine and Barry Lynam (Donna) of St. Thomas.
Missed by his grandchildren, Michael Whitney (Amanda), Johnathan Whitney (Paige), Rachael Whitney (Bryce), Bryan Lynam and Corbin Lynam and great-grandson Bryce Lynam.
Dear brother of Charlotte Pitchford (Brian) and Valerie McCann (Peter) all of England.
Fondly remembered by sister-in-law Mary Lynam of Wales, brother-in-law John Witter (Michelle) of Florida and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Christopher and Agnes (née Weir) Lynam and brother Danny Lynam.
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Thursday, December 7th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a Lions club service at 6:30 p.m.. The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 8th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Kenneth Craig officiating.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
