Greaves, Christina (nee Gray)
Passed away peacefully at The Village of Wentworth Heights on April 2, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Dr. Kevin Greaves. Predeceased by her son Peter and daughter-in-law Cindy. Lovingly remembered by her son Brian, daughter Maureen (Paul), grandchildren Michelle (Kyle), Samantha (Matthew), Crystal, Melody, and Liam, and great-grandchildren Maddison, Avery and Emma. Chris was the head Lab Technician at St. Joseph’s Hospital before raising her family. For many years she was the friendly face, acting as the receptionist of Kevin’s medical practice. She was the long-time organist and choir director at St. Margaret Mary Church. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Parish (20 Idlewood Ave.) on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Reception will then take place in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.
