Charles H. Cole
1925-2018
At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Tuesday April 10,
2018 of Charles H. Cole of Spring Valley aged 92 years. Born
in Spring Valley, October 16 1925 son of the late Wesley and Alberta
(Caseley) Cole. Husband of the late Jessie (Profitt) Cole. Father of
Bruce (Sylvia), Darnley and Florida; Norman (Judy), Indian River;
Grafton (Susan), Spring Valley; Nancy (Earl) MacLeod, French River and
Glenn, Spring Valley. Grandfather of 18 grandchildren, 24
great-grandchildren and 1 great-great
granddaughter. He is survived by his sister Dolly
Andrews and sisters-in-law Virjene Cole, Ruth Hannah, Irene (Alvin)
Bernard, brother-in-law Clair (Marion) Profitt, as well as several
nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sons Wyman,
Leland, Clarence, Stewart and grandson Joey Cole, sisters and brothers
Gladys (Elgin) Mill, Hilda (Keir) Duggan, Ruby (Johnny) MacLeod, Myron
Cole, Leamon Cole, Delmar Cole and Brenton Cole, and brothers-in-law
Gerald Profitt, Tom Hannah and Edward Andrews.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation
on Friday evening from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the
Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the
St. Stephen’s Church Cemetery. If so desired contributions
may be made to St. Stephen’s Anglican Church or the Prince
County Hospital Foundation.
