Passed away peacefully with family by her side after a lengthy battle with cancer on Sunday October 28, 2018 at the Lisaard House Hospice. Beloved wife of over 13 years to Milt. Loving Mother to Kelly Gibson (nee Bock). Loving Nana to Joseph Gibson. Survived by her brother Michael Doyle and his wife Pat, her sister Mary Olive Doyle and her husband Al. Predeceased by her parents Margaret Doyle (Nee Allen) and Michael Joseph Doyle.
A devoted fan to Joey; never missing a game or practice even the early mornings! A caring and proud serving employee with Brantford Township and Brant County. A dedicated member of the LIons Club serving as PDG District A2 ( 2000 – 2001) withTillsonburg Lions Club than transferring to the Cambridge Highlands LIons Club to be closer to her family.
Family and friends will be received at the Memory Gardens Funeral Home 2723 Victoria St. N. 519 904 0400 on Thursday November 1, 2018 from 6 – 9 p.m. and on Friday November 2, 2018 from 12 – 2 p.m. A Celebration of Catherine’s Life will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Friday November 2, 2018 at 2 p.m. Reception to follow.
Memorial contributions to the Breslau Guide Dog, Lisaard House Hospice and to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre.
