CAROL FRANCIS
Carol Francis, 72, of Seaforth and formerly of RR5, Mitchell passed away suddenly at her residence on Friday, November 16, 2018.
Beloved wife of Glen Francis. Dear mother of Tracy Lamont (Ray). Dear mother-in-law of Christine Francis (Tom Laing). Loving grandmother of Jason, Jessica, Katelyn, Emma and Darnell. Dear sister of Linda Reis (Lorne) and Kathy Scott (Don). Dear sister-in-law of Doug Francis. Lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by her son Scott Francis (2013), grandson Jacob Lamont (1999), parents Gordon and Marjorie Mogk, sister-in-law Linda Francis and nephew Chad Reis.
Carol loved spending time with her grandchildren, quilting, playing and listening to music. She attended many Steam Shows with her husband Glen and was proud to show off their Massey Harris collection.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ken Whiting officiating. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Spring interment in Woodland Cemetery. Memorial donations to the C.N.I.B., Northside United Church or Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
