Carol Ann Davis
1953-2018
It is with broken hearts that the family of Carol Ann (Duffy)
Davis announces her passing, which occurred on Sunday, January 21,
2018 at Bobby’s Hospice surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Chipman, NB on October 6, 1953, she was the only child of the
late Michael and Shirley Duffy.
Carol Ann worked in the Chemistry Lab at the old Provincial
Laboratory, the Saint John Regional Hospital, and NBCC Medical
Technology Program for twenty years until her illness prevented her
from working.
She was a loving mother known for her sparkling eyes and
quick wit. She was a hard worker, and a wonderful baker and swimmer.
She enjoyed reading historical novels, sewing, and loved being
outdoors. She was a great dancer and lover of all music, especially
James Brown, Van Morrison and CCR.
She will be missed by her husband Stephen of 33 years; her
daughters, Jessica (Lee) and Stephanie (Matthew); her precious
grandson, Rowan; as well as many nieces, nephews and
friends.

Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). A Celebration of Carol
Ann’s Life will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at
12:00 PM from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will
take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery at a later date. For those
who wish, remembrances may be made to the Joshua Group or a charity of
