In Loving Memory
PALUSZKIEWICZ, Carl– After a brave battle with cancer, Carl passed away at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre on Monday, May 28th, 2018 at the age of 62. Carl leaves behind his loving wife Terry (nee Fitzsimmons) of 38 years. Beloved father of Scott (Ana), Phillip, Hailey and Alannah. Proud Grampa of Magda and Danijela, brother of Henrietta Paluszkiewicz, son-in-law of Fran Fitzsimmons, and brother-in-law of Robert Fitzsimmons (France). Carl is predeceased by his father Kazimierz and mother Lydia (nee Griesser). Carl brought endless enthusiasm, humour, and intellectual curiosity to everything that he did. He loved creating, building, and was marveled by the natural world. His thirst for knowledge, compassion, and kindness serve as a great example for us all. In the place of a funeral, Carl’s family will have a private service, as per his wishes. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society, in honor of his cherished pets Keaton, Jimmy and Stanton, or to the Hotel Dieu Shaver Foundation.
