OBITUARY
Bruce Julius Stachoski
It is with great sadness we announce his passing in Maple Ridge Hospital on May 12 2018.
Bruce was born in 1940 and predeceased by his father Oscar, and mother Sarah.
He is survived by former wife Sylvia and their sons, Mark(Diana), Dale(Stacey), Kevin(Monica); wife Monica, his step children, Laura (Dave) and Kevin; grandchildren Martin, Jason, Dallas, Shaymus, Chelsea, Taylor, Tyler, Nolan and Kaleigh; great grandchildren Markus and Mercedes; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Bruce was a respected Gentleman and would help when someone needed a hand. He had a great sense of humor and was an excellent bowler who bowled for many years in Burnaby and Port Coquitlam. Many trips were enjoyed to Las Vegas and Reno with wife, Monica, and they were often accompanied by family.
Bruce was the owner/operator of BJS Contracting and was known as the ‘Smooth Operator’!!! He often said he could stir a cup of coffee with his backhoe bucket without spilling a drop!!
A loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather, Bruce was a very precious friend and will be missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinsons Society of BC or the Alzheimer Society of BC would be appreciated.
A Celebration of Bruce’s Life will take place on May 25, 2018 between 1-4 pm at the POCO Bowling Centre, 2263 McCallister Street, Port Coquitlam. B.C.
