WAKEFORD, Mr. Bruce Clinton (WWII Navy Veteran, Previous Owner and Founder of Wakeford Automatics)
Peacefully at his residence with his family by his side, Bruce went to be with the Lord, on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Olan) for 65 years. Loving father of Bob and his wife Nancy, Judy Wagar and her husband Dan, and David and his wife Barbie. Cherished Papa of Arend Wakeford (Megan), Sonya Wagar, Terra Moccia (Scott), Brad Wagar (Liz), Tracy Wakeford, Whitney Wakeford, Trisha Wakeford, Jenna Barker, Erin Barker, Sierra Barker and great grand Papa of Fynn, Zoe, Nathan, Ellie, Rachel, Scarlett and Maverick. Dear brother of Winona Bartlett (the late Bill), the late Wes (Joyce), Jack (Alva), Bill (the late Peggy), Frank (Carol) and Joe (Linda). Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Monday from 2:00-5:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at FERNDALE BIBLE CHURCH 25 Ferndale Ave on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 11:00AM. Reception to follow in the Church Hall. Interment Highland Park Cemetery.
