BIANCO, Brigita (1941 – 2018) – Peacefully passed away on Saturday November 17, 2018 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Brigita was the daughter of the late Roberts and Anela (Krusts) Gigulis. Beloved wife of Gabriel and loving mother of Alex and his wife Jennifer. Dear sister of Vizbulite and her husband Richard Werner and sister-in-law of Philomena and Murray Wilcox. Auntie Brigs will be sadly missed by Julie Werner and Jeff Hill and their children Adison and Caleb and Joel and Zuzana Wilcox and their daughters Olivia and Lucy. Brigita was predeceased by her nephew Jonathan Werner. Friends will be received at PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME (2000 Merrittville Hwy, Thorold) on Tuesday November 20 from 2:00 – 5:00p.m. with vigil prayers being recited at 2:00p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Parish Community of St. Kevin (303 Niagara St., Welland) on Wednesday November 21 at 11:00a.m. Rite of Committal to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
