57. Passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side on Sunday December 2, 2018 at the Hotel Dieu Grace Emara Centre.
Predeceased by his mother Florence Chapman (1998), his brother Brian Carbert (2007) and his sister Barb Carbert (1995). Brad is survived by his father Malcom Chapmen. Dear husband of Colleen Carbert of 32 years. Loving father of Dawn-Marie Theoret (Jamie), Dwayne Theoret (Jen), Tanya Garland (Frank), Bradley Ellis and Nicole Bechard (Nicholas). Cherished grandfather of Jailyn, Elijah, Alexia, Jocelyn, Damin, Christopher, Zayne and Jaxson. Great grandfather of Cataleya. Brad will be missed by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial visiting will be held on Thursday December 6, 2018 at the Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre (1969 Wyandotte. St. E, Windsor ON) from 5 p.m. until time of memorial service 7 p.m. Interment to take place the following day, Friday December 7, 2018 with procession departing the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. to Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
