Obituary for Bill Cox
William « Bill » Francis Cox, of Walkerton, passed away at Brucelea Haven on Saturday, November 3, 2018. He was 91. Beloved husband of Mary Lou, father of Ron (Rhonda Simo) of Walkerton and Cathy (Dan) Kelly of Hanover. Bill was the proud grandad of Sarah (Tyler) Buckland, Veronica Cox, Courtney Kelly (Brent) Pysklywyc and Lauren (Jeff) Smith. He will be missed by his sisters Kathleen Horan of Hanover, and Rita Van der Voort of Chesley. Bill will be remembered by his in-laws Eleanor (Les) Binkley, Bob (Win) Schmidt, Eddie (Hannah) Schmidt, and Martha Monk.
Bill is predeceased by his granddaughter Kirsten, siblings Jack (June) Cox and Gerry (Joyce) Cox, in-law Jerome Horan, Frank Van der Voort, Irene (Herb) Bohnert, Rita (Wally) Scott, John (Dolores) Schmidt, Elaine (Bruce) King, and his parents Frank and Helena Cox.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Walkerton, on November 16, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
