BROWN; Betty (nee North) ~ It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Betty Brown at the Kingston General Hospital on Monday, February 12, 2018. Betty was pre-deceased by her husband Fred. Proud mother of David. Loving grandmother to Michael and Daniel. Betty be fondly remembered by her nieces Alice Neals (Jack), Ruth Webster (Bob), and their families.
