Bertha Mary Malcolm
Born August 15, 1922
Malcolm, Bertha Mary (Murphy) Age 95 of Halifax. It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother, on May 23, 2018 at Saint Vincent’s Guest Home, Halifax. Born in Westville, Pictou County, she was the daughter of the late Angus and Ina Murphy (Leblanc). She was the most beloved grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters Evie, Kay (Bob), Debbie (Ken); sons Jim (Marg) and Donnie (Shelley). She was predeceased by her husband Frederick Malcolm; son, Frederick (Freddie) Malcolm Jr; daughter-in-law Debbie Malcolm (Cooper); son-in-law Ronnie Knox and granddaughter, Cheryl Lynn Knox. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Snows Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax.
