KUHRT, Bernhard Wilhelm Helmut May 20, 1932 – May 2, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Berni at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood. Always marching to his own Drummer, Berni shared over 60 Years of Adventure with his Wife Gisela, who was by his side when he left on his Final Journey. Berni will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by his Wife Gisela, his Son Gary (Cathy) and his Grandchildren Megan and Adam. He will also be missed by relatives and many friends in Germany and Canada. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held at Meaford’s Lakeview Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate his life is planned for a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Wasaga Chapel.
