Bernard « Scott » Hureau
Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the age of 59. Beloved husband and best friend of Katherine “Kathy” for 17 years. Proud and loving father of Amanda (Nick Doherty) and Shawn (Carri) who he cherished and was proud of. Much loved papa of Evelyn and Zoey. Cherished son of Norma (Claude) and the late Bernard Hureau. Dear brother of Rick (Kelly), Chris (Natalie) and his dear sister Bonnie (Mike). Sadly missed by his fur babies Chester, Charlotte and Marmalade. Also cherished by his best friend Chris Schwientek (Debbie) and Trish Stahls who admired Scott as a brother-in-law. Deeply missed by his “little bear” Evan Trimper. Scott will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations in memory of Scott can be made to LOYAL Rescue.
