It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Barbara Perdichuk at the age of 75 years.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Teresa Jessen (Cary), grandson Shaun McLeod, her brothers Ron Summers (Irma) and Jeff Summers (Judy), and her stepsons Pat Perdichuk and Dale Perdichuk.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband Bill, as well as her parents, Jimmy and Eve Summers.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Grey Nuns Hospital for their compassion and concern for Barbara while she was in their care.
Please share in our celebration of Barbara’s life on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Westlawn Funeral Home, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton with interment to follow at Westlawn Cemetery.
