Armando Fita was born on December 1, 1948 in Saõ Miguel, Azores, Portugal and passed away on April 17, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 69 years.
Beloved Husband of Maria Sara Fita (nee Cordeiro). Loving father of Tina (Ruben Raposo) and Dianne (David Melo). Cherished Avô of Tayah. Loving brother of João Fita, Ana Cabral, Manuel Fita (Maria) and Gloria (Miguel Araujo), and loving uncle to many. Armando, will be loved, remembered and dearly missed by all of his family and friends in Canada and in Portugal.
Friends will be received at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin St.) on Wednesday from 5:00pm-9:00pm. The Funeral Talk will be held in the Chapel at 10:30am on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Ave. W.)
