Obituary for April Hemming (nee Knechtel)
April passed away peacefully November 12, 2018 at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga in her 77th year. Loving mother of daughters Marlo Hemming (Gord Arnott), and Megan Pedlar (Gavin), Grandmother to Curtis Arnott (Erica) and Great-Grandmother to Alexis and Rylee. A gentle, kind and giving soul, April’s final wishes were to be cremated and her ashes scattered at a location of her family’s choice. It is anticipated that this will be on the gravesite of her father, Walter Knechtel, in Southampton, Ontario. In her memory, kindly donate to The Lung Association.
