SPINARELLI, Antonietta (nee Russo)
Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital on November 10, 2018 in her 91st year. Beloved and devoted wife of Giovanni for 68 years. Loving mother of Laura Jurkovic, Walter Spinarelli, and Patrick Spinarelli. Loved Nonna of Adam, Jason, Sabrina, and Rachel, and Biz Nonna to Nicholas Jurkovic, Nicholas, and Serena. Dear sister-in-law of Antonietta and Donato DePalma. Survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by her grandson Nicholas, by her parents Luigi and Orsulina Russo, in laws Pasquale and Angela Spinarelli, her brother Giovanni and his wife Elisa Russo, sisters-in-law Natalina Cocca, Barbara and husband Giovanni Ciaramella, and nephew Aldo Ciaramella. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME (796 Upper Gage Ave.) on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. with prayers at 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Regina Mundi Parish (631 Mohawk Rd. W.) on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. with entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
