SERRANI, Antonia (nee Mancini) Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Antonia was welcomed into the arms of our Heavenly Father, in her 77th year, on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved wife of Palmarino for 57 years. Loving mother of Lavinia Serrani and Lio (Carmelina) Serrani. Proud Nonna to Palmarino, Sonia, Adrian and Isabelle. Predeceased by parents Guglielmo and Adela Mancini. Dear sister to Maria (the late Geremia) DiMartino, the late Arcangelo and Agnese Mancini, the late Felicia (Mario) Varani, Domenico (Julia) Mancini, the late Palmina (Vincenzo) Perpetuini, and Italia (Antonio) Toscani. Daughter-in-law to the late Pietro and Settimia Serrani. Dear sister-in-law to the late Angela and Michele Ferrara, the late Giuseppe and Maria Serrani, Erminia (the late Felice) Ferrara, the late Amina and Abramo Cipriani, the late Felice (Graziella) Serrani, Francesco (the late Rosa) Serrani, Tomasso (Agnese) Serrani, the late Innocente (Ida) Serrani. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends both in Canada and Italy. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Hamilton General Hospital for their kindness, support and compassion. Visitation to be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton St. E. (near James St.) on Wednesday, August 15th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Anthony of Padua Church on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery
